The final subdivision plats for Summit Eden Phases 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, and Ridge Nests PRUD were approved by the County Commission on January 21, 2014 and recorded on January 27, 2014. The plat for Summit Eden Village Nests Condominiums was approved by the County Commission on January 21, 2014, but will not be recorded until the required financial guarantee is submitted.

Beginning with the July 12th plat revisions, PDF files of final subdivision plat revisions are located in the subdivision project files for Summit Eden Phases 1A, 1B, 1C, and 1D, Ridge Nests PRUD, and Village Nests Condominiums.

The Ogden Valley Planning Commission approved the PRUD amendments on June 25, 2013 and the County Commission approved the PRUD amendments on July 9, 2013.

I briefly looked at the subdivision plats 1A - 1D submitted June 10, 2013. The following general comments apply to all phases: 1. All easements need to be shown (slope, access, trail, ski, utility, etc.). 2. Utility easements will need to be shown along the private roads. 3. Lot layout does not match PRUD submittal (various places). 4. Sheet numbering needs to be fixed. 5. Restricted lots need to be checked.

An updated site plan was submitted on June 17, 2013. This update contains all of the amendments that will be presented to the Planning Commission on June 25th.

Updated subdivision plats were submitted on June 10, 2013. The plats are located in the "Files" tab under "plat".

Revised PRUD plans were submitted on May 24, 2013. The Ogden Valley Planning Commission will review the proposed amendments on June 25, 2013. The revised plans are listed in the "Files" tab under "site plan updates May 24, 2013."

The Ogden Valley Planning Commission recommended approval of this PRUD to the County Commission on March 19, 2013. The County Commission approved the PRUD on April 9, 2013. The site plan dated March 15, 2013 is the approved site plan.

An update to the Trails Master Plan was just placed in the "Files" tab under the "trails master plan" section.

The site plan has been updated with 13 new lots in the village area. These updates are reflected in the "Files" tab under the "site plan/additional lots updates march 7th" section. The new lots consist of those previously circled on the site plan indicating the potential for future subdivision. The developers have decided to include the lots at this time for approval. These amendments will be presented to the Ogden Valley Planning Commission on March 19th.

The Ogden Valley Planning Commission voted to table this PRUD until March 19th to allow the developers time to submit additional information. The new information is now available in the "Files" tab under the "site plan and architectural updates march 5th" section.
