Account Management
How do I create an account?
- From the home page click create an account.
- Enter your email, password, first and last name, and your phone number.
- After submitting you will be sent an email to confirm your email address.
- Click the link in the confirmation email and you will be able to login.
Never got a confirmation email to confirm your account?
Had an account in Miradi?
If you had an account in the previous Miradi system. You do not need to create a new account. You can reactivate your account by confirming your email and resetting your password.
- Confirm your email address, enter your email in the send confirmation email form.
- Reset your password, enter your email in the reset password form.
- You will get an email with a link from Frontier.
- Click the link in the email, it will take you to a page to enter your new password.
- Once submitted you can login using your email and new password.
How do I reset my password?
- Log into your account.
- Go to the Account Settings page click on the button Password Reset
- Click on the link that was emailed to you.
- Enter your new password.
What internet browsers are supported?
Please use either Chrome or Firefox, other browsers are not supported.
