A letter from the Hooper Irrigation Company was uploaded in the 'files' tab. Construction should conform to the requirements therein. The irrigation company's review under the 'reviews' tab still shows "not approved," however, an email from Gardner Engineering sent to me on 10/19/16 said: "Charlie, The letter from the Irrigation Company dated September 22, 2016 is the only outstanding item from them on either the canal or secondary systems before they will approve the subdivision. As I read it, when the conditions of the second paragraph are met, the HIC will provide final approval."

I received a call from Romney wanting to schedule a pre-construction meeting. It appears that we may not have an approved set of plans yet. I scheduled the meeting for Tuesday the 24th at 9am but that could change if the plans are not sufficient to proceed.
