This application was granted a 12-month time extension on February 22, 2016. The time has since lapsed and it had become necessary for this application be taken back to the Planning Commission. On April 10th 2018 it was granted preliminary and final approval.

A letter from the Hooper Irrigation Company was uploaded in the 'files' tab. Construction should conform to the requirements therein. The irrigation company's review under the 'reviews' tab still shows "not approved," however, an email from Gardner Engineering sent to me on 10/19/16 said: "Charlie, The letter from the Irrigation Company dated September 22, 2016 is the only outstanding item from them on either the canal or secondary systems before they will approve the subdivision. As I read it, when the conditions of the second paragraph are met, the HIC will provide final approval."

The Weber County Planning Director as authorized has granted a 12 month time extension. The subdivision will expire in March of 2017.

I received a call from Romney wanting to schedule a pre-construction meeting. It appears that we may not have an approved set of plans yet. I scheduled the meeting for Tuesday the 24th at 9am but that could change if the plans are not sufficient to proceed.

I received a phone call from Reeves engineering today informing me the plans on Miradi are not the most current plans. They will be sending the current plans on Monday for me to review.

There was only a partial correction of the redlines from our prior review. Before we can continue with our review, all redlined items from our previous review will need to be addressed and corrected. A PDF has been emailed to Reeves and Assoc.

This office has completed its Preliminary review of this subdivisions. There are boundary issues that will require addressing prior to submitting for final review. A PDF file has been emailed to Chris @ Reeves.
