Subdivision application will expire on December 13, 2017 unless the applicant submits a time extension or the mylar is approved and recorded prior to the expiration date. An email has been sent to the applicant regarding the outstanding items.

Prior to signing the plat, an agreement must be completed between developer and the Weber County Surveyor’s office on the Monuments being set within the subdivision. I have emailed these to the attached email in Miradi for Dean Barrow, I have also attached them to the first review I completed. If there are any questions my contact is in Miradi.

The Vaquero Village Cluster Subdivision received preliminary approval on July 12, 2016 from the Western Weber Planning Commission. The applicant has submitted for final subdivision review and consideration on 9/20/16. Please review the files uploaded as "Final Plat" and "Final Improvement Drawings".

I spoke with the applicant today and notified him that the Planning Commission could not meet on July 12, 2016. It is anticipated that this application can be reviewed for preliminary approval on August 9, 2016. It is suggested that all reviews and applicant responses continue forward.

This application is scheduled for review with the Western Weber Planning Commission Tuesday July 12, 2016.
