Subdivision application will expire on December 13, 2017 unless the applicant submits a time extension or the mylar is approved and recorded prior to the expiration date. An email has been sent to the applicant regarding the outstanding items.

To Owners of Property within 500 feet of Property Located at Approximately 7100 West 900 South, West Warren, Ut The Weber County Planning Office has received a request for final approval of Vaquero Village Cluster Subdivision. The proposal is cluster subdivision, consisting of 13 lots with expansion of 7100 West. Consideration of the application and action, on this request will take place during an open and public, Western Weber Planning Commission meeting which will be held in the Weber County Commission Chambers (1st floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Tuesday, December 13 at 5:00 pm. Prior to signing the plat, an agreement must be completed between developer and the Weber County Surveyor’s office on the Monuments being set within the subdivision. I have emailed these to the attached email in Miradi for Dean Barrow, I have also attached them to the first review I completed. If there are any questions my contact is in Miradi.
