It appears that the generator delivered to the Edgewater Beach Resort project is diesel. The generator submitted with the approved plans is LPG (2/6/14). I don’t have additional information on the delivered generator to compare it to the one spec’d. (email stating such sent to Reeve & Assoc., Great Basin Engr., Mountain Sewer, Thurgood Excavating, and Scott Harmer)

Signed and sealed updated improvement plans received on 05/13/2014. (Unsigned electronic version posted on Miradi.) Storm drain revision: switched out the oil/water separator for a snout.

Plans dated 01/07/2014 (mistakingly dated 2013) with written amendment are approved for construction. Pre-construction meeting took place November 11, 2013. Plat and 10% guarantee are not yet approved.

John Reeve came in the office this morning and gave me some hard copies of the updated improvement plans with the relocated sewer pump station. He said that he would e-mail me the digital version, so that I could upload it and review it. He was also going to get me the information about the pump station since the pumps that they are going to be using has changed.

In the rush to complete this office's review process, we have made 3 reviews over the last past week. Ernest released for the printing of Mylars yesterday afternoon. Page 1 of 4 was delivered to this office late yesterday afternoon. The dedication plat was entered and signed by Ernest. The signed plat was taken to planning this morning.
