Once the $75.00 excessive review fee is paid to the Weber County Surveyor's Office, the Surveyor's office will review the subdivision plat.
Please see the latest comments and engineered plans from the applicant that were uploaded on the 28th of April 2023.
Once the $450.00 fee is paid, the Surveyor's Office will put this project in the queue for a new final review. Please note for a new final review it is a 2 week review time frame.
Due to the number of changes made to the subdivision plan and the number of reviews that have taken place. A Subdivision Change Fee of $450.00 is required. The payment may be made in the Planning Office or through Frontier. The fee must be paid before scheduling for an Administrative Review Meeting.
