I uploaded our rezone application as suggested by county staff for the planning commission work session scheduled for next week. Please advise as to fees and other necessary documentation to be attached. I will attach the latest proposed layout shortly.

The wetlands assessment is complete but Ray, who has done the assessment, is so booked out getting field work done while the weather is good, has not had time to get the paperwork done. But he has asked that you call him to get verification of his assessment to move this project forward. Here is Ray Kagel's number 208-313-3890. He has done the wetlands assessment for the Stagecoach property.
