THE SURVEYOR'S OFFICE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED THIS SUBDIVISION ON 2/17/2022. THE STATUS OF THE PROJECT WILL BE CHANGED TO NOT APPROVED DUE TO CHANGES ON THE PLAT. THE SURVEYOR'S WILL NEED TO REVIEW THE NEWEST SUBMITTED PLAT.
AFTER LOOKING INTO THE NEWEST SUBMITTAL SUBMITTED ON 12/9/2021, IT IS CLEAR THAT THERE IS REDLINES THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED. (PER THE COMMENT BELOW:) BEFORE THE SURVEYOR'S OFFICE WILL CONTINUE WITH THIS REVIEW, AN EXCESSIVE REVIEW FEE OF ($75.00) WILL NEED TO BE PAID TO THE SURVEYOR'S OFFICE. ONCE THE $75.00 FEE IS PAID, WE WILL CONTINUE REVIEWING WINSTON PARK SUBDIVISION.
PER THE COMMENT BELOW:
It was brought to my attention today 6/23/2021 that the proposed Winston Park PRUD development, which was provided 4 reviews from the County Surveyor's Office to reach compliance with State law and Weber County code, has changed boundary and lot definition. At this point for this development any additional reviews from this office will be deemed an excessive review and will require a $75 fee to be paid prior to initiating our review, per Sec. 45-4-3 WC.
The latest plat submitted with the above changes did not reflect the changes in the boundary description, I recommend the plat be corrected and re-submitted prior to any further review from this Office.

Talked with Wade 5/5/2021 on the Winston Park Sub. The plat will be changed to approved by the Surveyor's Office once we receive a new submittal with the addresses shown on each lot.
The project has been marked as conditional approval from the Surveyor's Office. Before Signing of the Mylar, the wording in the description needs to be changed as well and the MIA documents and payment needing to be submitted.
Spoke with the planning office. The Surveyor's Office will submit our review to Frontier once the common area and open space comments have been address. The Surveyor's Office will most likely wait until a new submittal with the changes have been upload to frontier to complete our review.
