Per Central Weber Sewer District this subdivision will need to be annexed into the district. We recommend starting the annexation process as soon as possible.
The uploaded planning report for final subdivision approval slightly differs from the version that was sent to the Planning Commission. The minor changes that were made will be clarified to the planning commission while presenting on the night of September 21, 2021.
The Engineering Division has received the plat, improvement drawings, geotechnical, storm water and secondary water studies and these items are currently under review.

This proposal was presented before the Planning Commission on June 15, 2021, for preliminary approval. See the Notice of Decision for conditions of approval. The Conditions of Approval must be met before returning to the Planning Commission for final approval.
