Summit Eden Village Nests Condominiums was approved by the Weber County Commission on January 21, 2014. The subdivision plat and associated documents have not been recorded. A financial guarantee of $233,866.94 is required for improvements associated with this phase. The subdivision expires on October 22, 2014 unless it is recorded or a one-year time extension is approved.

LPG Tank and Gas Lines: I spoke with Deputy State Fire Marshal Kurt Nielson (801-284-6353). He indicated that due to the nature of the tank and gas line installation and specifically due to the quantity of LPG, the State Fire Marshal's office will need to do a review of the LPG tank(s) and delivery system. They do not want the documentation submitted until it can be submitted as a complete packet including all details. This submittal will need to happen prior to installation and must come from a Utah State Fire Marshal's office licensed installation company. The State Fire Marshal's office will also have jurisdiction over inspections of the LPG tanks and fuel lines.
