I was onsite in the last week or so and pulled the manhole lid to where the sewer connection was made. There were two concerns. 1- There may be some infiltration into the sewer system. 2- There may have been some material deposited in the pipe when the connection was made because water was pooling in the bottom of the pipe. If someone will get with me on these issues prior to the occupancy of the building. Thank You,

I was recently informed that construction on this project has been underway for a couple of months. I have sent the architect and Drew Wilson letting them know the project is in violation of the storm water ordinance and that I still need the items from my review.

I have not seen a copy of the review from the State Fire Marshal's office. Has anybody received a copy?

I received an email from the State Fire Marshal's office stating they still have not seen any plans for this project. Please contact their office.

Proposed building will use public water and sewer services. Health Department approval is not required for these items however building plans need to be submitted to our office for plan review of school facilities and the kitchen.
