Comparing the newest submittals, it seems the test pits are the only things that have been added, and sees no additional red lines needing to be added.

Reviewing the most recent plat which has added a few easements, the Weber County Surveyors office still agrees it meets all conditions of approval, but must complete all things noted in the most recent review which are numbered 1-4.

Tucker Weight - 5/1/2019

The Engineering Department has no concerns with Phase 1 and is approving phase 1. Phase 2 still has some things that need to be addressed.

Tammy Aydelotte - 10/10/2018

Spoke with Rep for applicant 10/9/18 - he will send in amended plat and address all review comments from review agencies. Will move forward with reviews, once this is done. Also requested letters from both the irrigation company and Weber Basin water stating that there is water for all nine lots. App has only submitted certificate showing ownership of 54 shares (9 shares needed per 3 acre lot x 9 lots).
