Consideration and action for an amendment to Edgewater Beach Resort PRUD CUP 2003- 12 site Plan with CUP 2012-02, an already approved Conditional Use Permit requested an amendment to modify the building designs. Administrative approval of the Edgewater Beach Resort PRUD CUP 2012-02 to amend the building design based on the project meeting all Land Use requirements stated in the Weber County Land Use Code. A comment on the landscaping plan. The counts are off from the design. There were 29 Aspens not 35 with a difference of 6. However, there are 6 trees which are not found in the table. It is best that these trees are used are not more aspens, but what are they? There are 8 Blue Spruce in the plan and not the 7 shown in the table. The table shows various types of shrubs, but none are in the plan. There should be some shrubs in the plan, but due to the scale of phase 2 I can see why they are not shown. More detailed plans are likely needed. There are significant areas that show no landscaping. Will these be mulched, including the areas around the homes? Please have your landscape architect or engineer contact me about these counts before a cost estimate is submitted.

Two small comments. The building pads in phase 2 are slightly smaller than in phase 1. It is suggested to increase those slightly to accommodate construction variables. Addressing and street names are not clear in this project. It is suggested that proposed street names and addresses be assigned per pad.
