This office has completed its 1st review of this subdivision. A redlined PDF file has been emailed to Gardner Engineering. The subdivision by plat reference is named "The Ridge Townhomes Phase 1" and not "The Ridge Townhomes at Wolfcreek PRUD Ph 1".

Department of Environmental Quality DIVISION OF DRINKING WATER We have completed our review of the plans and specifications, stamped and signed by Ryan A. Christensen, P.E., of Gardner Engineering and dated January 31, 2014, and find they basically comply with the applicable portions of Utah’s Administrative Rules for Public Drinking Water Systems in R309. On this basis, the plans for The Ridge Subdivision Phase 1 are hereby approved. This is the approval for the extension of the water lines

The applicant requested a reduction in the width of asphalt from the 30 ft in width to 26 ft in width. In speaking with the County Engineer we feel that the reduction would work. One of the concerns is with parking on the roadway, and if the applicant can show us a plan to take care of those concerns we believe we can approve the 26 ft width of asphalt.
