These are items that we talked about a the "pre-construction" meeting that need to be taken care of for Taylor West Weber Water before final approval is given and construction of the water line is to take place. 1. Water Rights Fees paid or an agreement on when that payment will be made. 2. A letter from Hooper Irrigation stating the proper amount of shares have been established for the project. 3. Approved full size plans should be dropped off at our office. 4. An agreement must be made with Weber County Planning that a signature block will be added to the recorded plot. 5. An agreement should be in place for the 12" line on 1800 S. 6. Plan review fees must be paid. 7. The preliminary letter has expired a new preliminary letter will need to be used.
