Please see the attached written letter of objection to the Lilac Estates Development from West Haven City.

The Notification of Urban Development was sent to West Haven City on November 2, 2021. The City has 90 days (until January 30th) to consent or object in writing to the development. If the city fails to respond within 90 days, the County may approve the development. The Notification of Urban Development is uploaded under the documents tab.

This proposal was granted preliminary approval from the West Weber Planning Commission on October 12, 2021 with the following conditions:

  1. A final will serve letter from Taylor West Weber Water will be submitted.
  2. Hooper Irrigation or Weber Basin shall provide a will-serve letter verifying pressurized irrigation water services for all lots and open spaces, before Lilac Estates may return for final approval from the Planning Commission.
  3. The four-foot sidewalk must be shown as a five-foot sidewalk on the improvement plans.
  4. Applicable County Review Agencies discuss the potential for 2900 South Street road dedication.
  5. Central Weber Sewer District provide a will-serve letter for the entire Lilac Estates Development.

These conditions must be satisfied before scheduling final subdivision approval with the Planning Commission.
