The Weber County Planning Office has received a request for final approval of Hidden Haven Estates Subdivision 2nd Amendment, consisting of 3 lots and an extended private road. Consideration of the application and action, on this request will take place during an open and public, Ogden Valley Township Planning Commission meeting which will be held in the Weber County Commission Chambers (1st floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 5:00 pm. Meeting date and time is subject to change. Please call to confirm the meeting time and schedule at 801-399-8791.

RMP - if this addition of a new lot requires the relocation of existing electrical facilities then that cost will be the responsibility of Mr. Hansen. Line extension to new lot will be in accordance with the current tariff and regulations.
