QGC will require a main extension per current rules and regulation. Currently QGC does not have facilities along the frontage of this subdivision or access road. However after speaking with Ashley QGC recommends the Utility Line and Access Easement also be a 16.04' PUE for future utility/QGC service.

RMP - line extension to property will be in accordance with current tariff and regulations. PUE's requested if not already part of plat.
