The plans currently show a UDOT 3/4" gradation mix for the 3" asphalt on the road. Specifically, we require a PG 64-34 mix. It can have a 1/2" or 3/4" gradation.

I will need an updated Title Report prior to releasing the 2nd Submittal, so I can compare against the property.

Stan Nielsen's signature has been received. The change application fee is not necessary for the name change. I am waiting on a letter from UDOT regarding access to 4700 and a new preliminary plan with a new name and any new changes.
