It appears that there were additional reviewing agencies selected on this project, including the public. Please disregard the new project notification on this project, as it was recorded on July 16, 2013 as Sean Wilkinson stated above.

The Sanctuary was approved by the Weber County Commission and recorded on July 16, 2013.

The Sanctuary is scheduled to be on the July 16th County Commission agenda for final approval. The staff report and exhibits are located in the "Files" tab.
Michael Tuttle - 7/9/2013
I met with Tim on site today. I let him know that I needed the Stormwater Maintenance Agreement Signed. I e-mailed him a copy about 2:15pm today. I also let him know that he can remove his silt fence and straw waddles. I also talked to him about clearing out some of the material piled next to the upper turn around. We had talked about a note on the plat for the people accepting the water, but it appears that the owners dedication already says that the areas not designated as build-able areas can be used for stormwater.

I received two mylar copies of the subdivision plat on Friday March 15th and gave both of them to Jack Haight in the Surveyors Office. The plat does show the loop trail agreement reference number as recorded.

I've received the bid for the chip and seal. Just need to add the 10% contingency and deposit the escrow now. The total with 10% contingency would be $24,992.

I just spoke with Sam Clark from the Green Hill Country Estates HOA regarding the horse/loop trail easement that Green Hill Country Estates residents have access to within The Sanctuary boundaries. I informed him that the final plat will reflect the easement using the entry number of the recorded document that established the easement. This concern was discussed with the developer, the developer's engineer, and the County Surveyor yesterday (March 6th).

This office has completed its 2nd review of the revised boundary configuration. The redlines were scanned, entered into Miradi and emailed to Greg.

I received copies of the 4 changed sheets today, that were stamped and signed. I didn't receive any written responses, or a revised stormwater drainage report. I hadn't asked for revised stormwater drainage report in the review, but I did in an e-mail on 10/18/2012. The original report indicated that the entire stream was going through the pond, but the ponds have since been relocated.

Jared and I met with Pat Brennen, Tim Charlwood, and Mike Jensen to have the pre-construction meeting today, August 16, 2012. We let them know that we haven't finished reviewing the improvement drawings, so they are proceeding at their own risk.

I e-mailed Timothy Charlwood and Mike Jensen letting them know that I never have received responses to my comments on July 9, 2012. They had actually sent in a some information regarding a couple of the issues, e.g. the revised technical drainage study, and some information about prior approvals on the road widths.

I just talked to Mike Jensen with Hansen & Associates. He brought in stamped and signed improvement drawings on 6/21/2012. The scanned file is too large to upload, so he is going to print them as pdfs and email them to me this afternoon. I'll upload them at that time.
