Summit Eden Ridge Nests PRUD was approved by the Weber County Commission on January 21, 2014 and recorded on January 27, 2014. The recorded subdivision plats, agreements, easements, and other documents are available from the Weber County Recorder's Office.

Electrical plans for the lift station were received via email on 12/5/13 and added to the 11/27/13 submittal package.

An updated plat, improvement drawings, responses to engineering comments, an overall Phase 1 grading plan, and sheet 2.04 of Summit Pass plan and profile were hand-delivered to me yesterday by Rick Everson. All except the grading plan and plan and profile were posted to Miradi. I will pass the paper copies to Dana Shuler for the engineering review. Rick also sent the following e-mail to clarify minor differences between the paper cpoies and PDF files posted to Miradi: "I noticed on the civil plans I gave you yesterday that the date on the drawings had not been updated, and the title of the project needed to be updated. I had those corrected prior to sending you these pdf’s. Nothing design-wise changed so I don’t think you would need another printed copy for back-checking, but I can deliver a new set if desired. I just wanted to make sure this was corrected for the drawings that would be posted on Miradi."

QGC has no facilities in this area to serve this subdivision

After doing some more research, the review comments were updated.

RMP - line extension and backbone will be in accordance with current tariff and regulations.

We do not bus out of this area. All students must come down to Wolf Creek Dr. and Juniper Ln to board a bus.
