No building permits should be issued until he backyard sewer is installed.

The Backyard Sewer line is not completely installed and I will still need a video inspection and air test done on it. The Video that I received only had the section from the end of the cul-de-sac to the north.

This project utilizes Mountain sewer corporation for wastewater, nothing is required from our office regarding septic.

The Chalets at Ski Lake Phase 5 was approved by the County Commission on January 31, 2012. The subdivision plat and agreements were also recorded on January 31, 2012. This subdivision is now complete.

This office has completed its review of this subdivision. Thanks to Mark and Ryan at Great Basin for their diligence in making the necessary corrections and returning them to me quickly.

Lot 27 was approved on the preliminary plan with 146 feet of frontage. The cluster subdivision ordinance under which it was approved allowed lot widths less than 150 feet, and the current cluster subdivision ordinance allows lots in the FV-3 Zone to have a minimum lot width of 100 feet.

I received the NOI that was taken out on the above mentioned subdivision UTR358885, October 18th, operator S&S Excavation. I also had the Developer in the office here earlier with copies of the SWPPP, they still needed signatures on them so he was going to get the signatures and he stated I would receive a digital copy shortly.
