Revised Pump house submittal added to the improvement plan file. Note Change in building size down from 8'x14' to 8'x10'. The pump configuration is being proposed to change to two pumps a small and a large pump vs one large pump. Mr. Hancock has looked at a cabinet enclosure vs. a building. He prefers the building vs. the cabinet enclosure which would require a separate electrical service pedestal and enclosure and breaker panel enclosure with some exposed piping and electrical conduits. For security of the pumps and their controls a block dog house with metal doors preferred. As the reviewing engineer. I would recommend staying with the block building as the usual and customary approach for a typical pump house. I believe the new configuration of pumps and controls can still fit in the smaller building and existing 5 foot diameter wet well. but I have not yet seen any shop drawings or details and ask for such details to be submitted for review. All contracts have been finalized. The plat was recorded on July 28, 2017. A copy of the signed plat can be viewed under the 'files' tab.

For engineering and planning a subdivision agreement and setting up of and escrow and a Maintenance agreement for the maintaining of the Detention Pond. blane frandsen PE

Discussed the status of this project with the County Surveyor. He reminded me that a monument agreement is also required to be submitted prior to final mylar approval by the County Commission. It can be found in the final survey review under the "reviews" tab. Items remaining prior to final approval by the Commission are (1) Escrow agreement and escrow funds, (2) Maintenance agreement for the stormwater system, and (3) Monument agreement with associated escrow.

Had a call today from the title agent inquiring the status of the subdivision. She was informed that we are waiting on the escrow agreement and maintenance agreement prior to sending the plat for final review by the Commission.

I contacted the applicant today to inquire how much longer it will be before the escrow agreement and maintenance agreement are ready. The plat is signed by all but the Engineer, Planning Director, and the Commission. We are only waiting for those agreements and the escrow.

No one came in on the 14th to file the record of survey or submit the final mylar. I called the applicant, Travis Wallace, this morning to let him know. He indicated that he would be in soon to take care of it. I also asked him to submit an electronic version of the final mylar when he comes.

Verbal discussion with Phil Hancock. He will come in October 14th to file the record of survey and submit the final mylar for final mylar review with the surveyor's office. He is working with Blane in Engineering to finalize the escrow details, and he is working with an attorney to develop a maintenance agreement for the storm water system and secondary water system.

The applicant's have met with the Planning Director and it has been determined that the changes to the recently submitted plat are not significant enough to merit Planning Commission re-review, provided that the changes do not invalidate the previously calculated and allotted bonus density. This project will be ready for County Commission review as soon as other reviewers are satisfied.

Draft subdivision contract sent to Developer and Builder Regarding setting up to get names and final escrow estimate for the agreement. Final approval was granted on April 12, 2016. Still waiting for approval from the state for the extension of the water line. The applicant has 12 months from April 12, 2016 to record the subdivision plat. A Timer needs to be placed on this project. Ben Hatfield will be taking this project over.

Elementary students are not eligible for bussing to current West Weber Elem site. However, bussing will be provided for one year to the temporary school site while new school is being constructed. All secondary students are eligible and stops are currently on 400 S.
