This subdivision was submitted in conjunction with the Summit at Powder Mountain PRUD on January 25, 2013. The PRUD approval acts as preliminary subdivision approval, but final subdivision approval is required from the Ogden Valley Planning Commission and the Weber County Commission. The first subdivision plat was submitted on January 30, 2013. Updated submittals were submitted on March 29, 2013 and June 10, 2013.
New subdivision plats and improvement drawings for Phases 1A, 1B, 1C, and 1D were submitted on September 24, 2013. Each phase is shown individually in Miradi and will be considered as a separate subdivision requiring individual approval. The original submittal from January 30, 2013 and subsequent revisions on March 29 and June 10, 2013 are superseded by the individual phase submittals.
