THE SURVEYOR'S OFFICE HAS APPROVED THE REVISED SMART FIELD ANNEXATION PLAT. AN EMAIL INCLUDING THE APPROVED PLAT, AND APPROVAL LETTER HAS BEEN SENT TO THE SURVEYOR.
THE SURVEYOR'S HAS UPLOADED THE ANNEXATION REVIEW TO THE SMART FIELDS SUBDIVISION PROJECT.

Phase 2 of the Smart Fields development is anticipated to be scheduled for preliminary approval from the Western Weber Planning Commission on February 8th.

The West Weber Planning Commission gave a positive recommendation to the County Commission for final approval of Smart Fields Subdivision Phase 1 on October 12th, 2021 with the following conditions:
1. The final civil drawings will be approved by the County Engineer before going to the County Commission.
2. A final subdivision plat will be approved by all applicable county review agencies before going to the County Commission.
3. The final subdivision plat includes a signature block for the Taylor West Weber Water District.
4. A monument improvement agreement will be included with the final plat.
5. All remaining subdivision improvements will be escrowed for before approval from the County Commission.
6. A subdivision improvement agreement will be included with the final plat.
7. The developer provides a final will-serve letter from Taylor West Weber Water District.

Phase 1 of the Smart Fields Subdivision is on the October 12th Planning Commission agenda for final approval.
The Weber Morgan Health Department is not required to be a review agency on this subdivision as the information provided indicates that culinary water will be provided by an approved public water system and sewer connection should be made to Central Weber Sewer District. A will serve letter from both suppliers should be required as part of the review process.
Smart Fields Subdivision received preliminary approval from the West Weber Planning Commission on 9-21-2021.
This proposal is scheduled to be on the September 14th, 2021 Wester Weber Planning Commission agenda for preliminary subdivision approval.
