Approved meeting minutes from the 7/27/2021 and 8/24/2021 OVPC meetings, along with the approved minutes from the 10/16/2021 CC meeting have been uploaded to the Documents Tab.
This project received County Commission approval during their 10/26/2021 regular meeting.
Spoke with Dan about newest update and mis-closures. Waiting to hear from surveyor about corrections.
There are two remaining survey comments needing resolution prior to approval from the surveyor's office:
1. The East Boundary is in conflict with Vue de Valhala Subdivision. Our understanding is that the intent is for the east boundary of this subdivision to match the west boundary of Vue de Valhalla Subdivision, the latest submittal matches a portion of that line only. We've reached out to the surveyor over the project to discuss the matter and are waiting to hear back from him.
2. The street monument location shown on the latest plat west of the subdivision boundary clearly does not match the record location, it should be at the PI of the curve.
This development has had excessive reviews by our office which should have required excessive review fees, if these final items are not addressed on the next submittal I will not authorize any additional reviews until after the $75 excessive review fee has been paid for each review, per County Code.
The Surveyor's Office was notified of this project on Friday, 8/13/2021. Critical work was postponed in order to expedite the review for this project which was posted within 3 business days of submittal instead of the goal of 10 business days. The second submittal was also reviewed and posted within one business day of submittal. Now a 3rd submittal has been uploaded which we intend to process as quickly as possible, however we will not guarantee a one or two day turn-around.
Any unaddressed comments requiring additional reviews beyond that point will be subject to excessive review fees per County Code, and standard review scheduling.
Our goal is to post reviews within 10 business days of the submittal being posted on Frontier, where an error in the Frontier system failed to notify our office of the development at the time of upload, as a courtesy, we have accelerated the review process for this development.

The Planning Division staff report for OVPC final approval has been uploaded to the Documents tab. This project is scheduled for OVPC final approval during their 8/24/2021 meeting.
The applicant has submitted an updated subdivision plat (dated 8/17/2021) which addresses Planning and Engineering comments and realigns the proposed roadway. All agencies please review this latest plat going forward.
A Culinary Water Capacity Assessment Letter from Nordic Mountain Water has been uploaded to the Documents tab, dated 08/17/2021.
