The application has received preliminary approval by the Weber County Commission for a seven lot subdivision. See the Notice of Decision and Staff Report dated 9/27/16 for details on the approval. The next step in the process is for the applicant to address all review agencies comments and conditions and submit the final drawings based on the requirements for final plat approval.

QGC will require a main extension to serve this subdivision

Water table evaluation has been completed, soil evaluation and percolation testing is required on each proposed lot prior to subdivision approval by the Health Dept.

RMP - Line extension to subdivision will be in accordance with the current tariff and regulations.

All students are eligible for bussing. We currently have stops along 7900 W and turn the bus around at the north end of the road.
