The application has received preliminary approval by the Weber County Commission for a seven lot subdivision. See the Notice of Decision and Staff Report dated 9/27/16 for details on the approval. The next step in the process is for the applicant to address all review agencies comments and conditions and submit the final drawings based on the requirements for final plat approval.

The applicant has appealed the decision made by the Western Weber Planning Commission. The applicant has gone back to a 7 lot subdivision with a modified improvement plan to present to the Weber County Commission. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
