This office has completed its final review of this subdivision and has released for the printing of Mylar's pending any requirements or concerns from all other reviewing agencies.

We did receive revised calculations including an overturning moment later on 6/26/2013, and we also received a letter from Earthtec on 7/1/2013 stating that they did not need the 2 feet of structural fill.

I just talked to Steve Carlson on the phone. He's going to run the calcs for the bearing pressure including the overturning moment.

I received some information from John Lewis on the retaining wall engineering and posted it.

Kristian Mulholland called and talked to me today. I e-mailed him Chad's review. I told him that it may be best to forward the review onto the Structural Engineer so that he can address those questions.

I talked to John Lewis on the phone today. He thought that they had approval to build the retaining walls at the entrance. He told me that they had been given approval in a meeting, but he couldn't tell me who said it. He also said that they were told that they didn't need a building permit. I told him that as far as I could tell we have not approved the retaining walls at the entrance. I also let him know that I couldn't find any new plans or calculations for the project since the review that Chad posted on May 28th. John said that he would get in touch with Chad on Monday when he's back off vacation.

We spoke with our legal department concerning the agreement on removal of the island and they stated they would not like to see the agreement made that it will be our ROW and we will come and tear it out if needed. So once we receive the plan on it I will get with Kelly in our Roads Dept. to see if he has any concerns.

The Fire District Review is sufficient unless there are requirements that have changed since the last review. If nothing has changed The Fire District can submit a review stating that the previous review is acceptable.
