Monumentation Improvement Agreement was sent out in the mail today. I have also updated the survey departments review with a PDF copy of what was sent in the mail. Please check the documents for accuracy and let us know if there are any changes needed. Having them reviewed should prevent them from delaying the review process.

To Owners of Property within 500 feet of Property Located at Summit Eden Phase 1D The Weber County Planning Office has received a request for final approval of Summit Eden Phase 1D Amendment 1. The proposal is an amendment to an existing subdivision consisting of four development parcels for which no streets will be created or realigned. Consideration of the application and action, on this request will take place during an open and public, Ogden Valley Township Planning Commission meeting which will be held in the Weber County Commission Chambers (1st floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 5:00 pm. All Students qualify for busing, However we do not bring a bus up Powder Mtn. Rd. any further than Juniper Dr. Winter time conditions require students to access the bus at Wolf Lodge.
