Summer Day - 4/29/2015
Currently the applicant is working with the Utah Division Of Drinking Water (UDDW) to become an approved Non-Transient Non-Community public water system. Additional clarification has been sought from UDDW concerning the source protection delineation required for this project. The state has requested a panel of water samples before approving the system

The application is incomplete. still waiting for a site plan and a pdf of the site plan.

Septic feasibility has been issued for this property. A set of full size septic plans needs to be submitted to the Health Dept. for review and approval prior to issuance of a building permit.
