Preliminary approval has been granted for The Orchards at JDC Ranch Phase 1 and Villas at JDC Ranch Phase 1. For final plat conisderation of either phase, please create a new project on frontier for the specific phase and upload the final plat and final improvement drawings.
Invoice created, once fee is paid application can be accepted for review
