The Western Weber Planning Commission voted to deny preliminary approval of the subdivision during their 5/12/2020 meeting. Following this decision, the applicant has submitted a formal appeal for County Commission consideration. This appeal will be scheduled for an upcoming (TBD) County Commission meeting.

They Surveyor's office has indicated that both "Sunset Meadows" and "The Meadows" name have been used by other existing developments. As such, the name is being changed to Taylor Landing.

The applicant has submitted a complete open space preservation plan and all necessary will-serve letters required to complete the subdivision application.

This project is tentatively scheduled for the 5/12/2020 Western Weber Planning Commission for preliminary review. Planning review of currently submitted plans will be uploaded shortly.

Scott Perkes, there is now an open space preservation plan along with open space preservation plats. We have 3 separate plats, Phase 1&2, Phase 3 and Phase 4. I hope this helps to see the Open space preservation plan that we have in place. Thank you!
