Due to some delays, it has been decided postpone final approval from the County Commission till November 8th 2016.

Please obtain final approval from all reviewing agencies prior to printing final Mylar.

This proposal is set to go before the County Commission on November 1 2016. To all reviewing agencies and private surveyor, please submit final reviews and plats this week.

Final approval has been granted by the West Weber Planning Commission on October 11 2016.

A new Plat, Cost Estimate, and Responses to County Engineer's Comments have been uploaded.

Preliminary approval has been granted by the Western Weber Planning Commission with the following conditions that must be met prior to moving forward in the subdivision process. 1.All agency review comments must be addressed 2.Submit the Final Subdivision plat for review with the following note to be placed on the plan and including the required documents:"Agriculture is the preferred use in the agricultural zones. Agricultural operations as specified in the Land Use Code for a particular zone are permitted at any time including the operation of farm machinery and no allowed agricultural use shall be subject to restriction on the basis that it interferes with activities of future residents of this subdivision." Listed below are supporting documents that are required for final approval: 1. Final approval including a capacity assessment leter and State Construction permit 2. Approval of the deferral of sidewalk, curb and gutter or financial guarantee of 110% of the cost for improvements 3. Irrigation water drainage be mitigated/addressed with improvement plans
