The owners of Lot 15 Ski Lake Estates No. 3 have requested permits for a single family dwelling. Lot 15 was not reviewed to be a Restricted lot during the subdivision review. However with more accurate and site specific contours it has been determined that the slope of the lot exceeds 25% grade. Thus requiring a more extensive review of the site.
