Record of survey has been filed and assigned ROS#5655 Also for this sub to be signed from the surveyors office we need to have the escrow for the monuments paid, and the Monument Improvement Agreement to be filled. Otherwise the plat is ready to go. The subdivision plat has been returned to the planner.

The subdivision will be connected to the sanitary sewer as is shown in the subdivisions engineered improvement plans page 3. Please remove the Weber-Morgan Health Department signature box from the Mylar as our office is not a review agency on this project.
Felix Lleverino - 1/24/2017
This project is nearing the expiration date of February 9, 2017. It has been requested by the applicant to obtain final approval from the County Commission on Feb. 7 2017. It has been recommended by Planning and Engineering that the applicant apply for a time extension that may be approved by the Planning Director.

The applicant is installing the improvements prior to the mylar being recorded. The installation of improvement should be completed in May.

I sent some emails to the design Engineer to get some clarification on a few items.

Not all of the comments from preliminary approval have been addressed. The notice of decision referred to those items. The engineering division has not reviewed the final plat or improvement plans. For those reason the subdivision will not be on for final approval until those items have been addressed.

The paper copies were drop off on 1020-2015 but no electronic copies were submitted. We still need final approval letter from Taylor West Weber and a construction permit from the Utah State Department of Environmental Quality Division of Drinking Water for expansion of the water system and water lines and a Capacity Assessment Letter on the water system. All structures need to be shown on the subdivision plat
