To Owners of Property within 500 feet of Property Located at Approximately 5741 N Daybreak Ridge, Eden, UT The Weber County Planning Office has received a request for final approval for the plat amendment of the Village Nests at Powder Mountain PRUD previously platted as Village Nests at Powder Mountain, A Condominium Plat including the vacation of a 10’ PUE, a 10’ drainage easement, an access/grading easement recorded as entry# 2774940 and a water/sewer line easement recorded as entry# 2672955. The proposal is an amendment to an existing subdivision consisting of 20 "Nest Units" for which no streets will be created or realigned. Consideration of the application and action, on this request will take place during an open and public, Ogden Valley Township Planning Commission meeting which will be held in the Weber County Commission Chambers (1st floor, Weber Center [2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden Utah]) on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 5:00 pm.
