Concerning final plat submitted on 1/25/2024 Survey Department will review once road width along 1800 South is decided.

Per engineering 1800 South should be 40' half width instead of 47'.

Just a reminder survey department will review final plats once a new frontier project is created for each phase, and all documents are uploaded for each phase.

Darrel is asking for a separate project for each phase. will you please set that up? Also, we have done the construction plans as one set...let me know waht you want us to do.

The updated Title Report has been added. Its effective date is April 20th, 2023. Thank you. 

The title report submitted is dated November 2022. The submitted title report needs to be dated within 30 days of the application submittal date.

The title report that was uploaded is not able to be downloaded because the file is corrupted. Please upload a pdf of the title report. There is no will-serve letter that was submitted, the applicant uploaded an 'ability to serve'. Please upload a will-serve letter from taylor west weber water. Once these items are uploaded an invoice will be added. Once the invoice is paid the submittal can be considered complete. Looking at the plat, the property does not yet have the proper zoning, and no planning commission meetings will be scheduled until the rezoning has occurred that allows this number of lots.
