The Sundown Condos have not started the development procedure process with PMWSID or paid any fees to the District.  We have not reviewed any plans or specifications.  We will start this review process as soon as they submit a schedule of values and pay their fees.  Please note that we will bond for water and sewer as part of the District, not through the County.  I have attached our development procedures for your records.  Please call me if you have any questions.  Thanks!
