Per discussion with Eric Householder, below is the link to pay for an additional review for an incoming plat submittal. This will need to be paid prior to the additional review.

Tammy Aydelotte - 5/24/2022

Met with applicant 5/23/2022. Awaiting correspondence from State agencies regarding requirements of sewer system. Application is still technically incomplete. Will schedule preliminary approval once minimum application requirements are met.

Bill Green - 1/8/2022

The Osprey Ranch Subdivision Application Project Narrative dated November 2021, in paragraph 7 states: “Nordic Mountain Water will provide culinary and secondary water to the project.”  This comment was also posted in the Ogden Valley News.

For the record,

- Nordic Mountain Water does NOT provide Secondary Water to any entity.  We do allow minimal landscape watering since there is NO Secondary Water available in Nordic Valley, but only until Secondary Water becomes available.

- Any Secondary Water planned for Osprey Ranch (or any other subdivision in Nordic Valley) is NOT associated with Nordic Mountain Water in any way.
