I have created separate projects in Frontier for phases 2 and 3. Please post your comments for each phase in their respective projects.
Phases 2 and 3 are tentatively scheduled for an Administrative Review meeting to be held on July 19th at 4:00 pm.

The Planning Division has tentatively scheduled an administrative review meeting for phases 2 and 3 to consider final approval.
Because this development has already received 2 full reviews from this office and requires an additional updated review due to changes in the boundary; the excessive review fee must be paid before this office can complete a review. This fee can be paid at the following link:

The phasing plan approved on December 13th, 2023 my be forwarded for final approval and recordation. If the December 13th subdivision plan is changed, the owner will be required to re-pay subdivision application fees and work through the process of acquiring preliminary and final approval from the applicable administrative bodies.
The developer has split this development into three phases. Phase one has 5 lots, phase two has 5 lots, and phase 3 has 8 lots. On December 13th, 2022 the West Weber Planning Commission unanimously approved this phasing plan. Please see the new phasing plan (preliminary). The final plat for phase one will need to be uploaded before scheduling for Administrative Review.
This develoment has been split into two nine lot phases. On September 13th, 2022 the Western Weber Planning Commission approved the phasing plan. On October 19th, 2022 the Weber County Planning Division granted final approval of Phase 1.

Annexations are reviewed separately from subdivision plats and are not done on frontier. You can submit for an annexation review by the survey office through our online portal at: https://www.webercountyutah.gov/Surveyor/Subdivision-Annex-Reviews/annex.php
Or you can pay in person at our office and submit the plat through email.

Buffalo Run Subdivision is scheduled for preliminary approval from the planning commission on December 14th, 2021.
Survey will review once final plat has been uploaded.
