Liberty Park Estates is approved by the Surveyor's Office knowing that all deeds will be done at the time of recording.
Per my phone that i had with David (Surveyor) Deeds will be done at recording.
As an FYI, easement Entry #2952803 also shown on the Liberty Acres Subdivision plat will be abandoned and replaced with a new easement located on the south and east lines of the new Lot 2. The current final draft of the plat does not yet show the easement entry #, but it will be an access easement in favor of Lot 2 to provide access along it's southern and eastern boundaries until the access roads to the remainder parcel are developed.
A proposed final plat has been uploaded to the Document's tab. The file name of this document is "Liberty Park Final Plat". All agencies, please review this document for compliance with any remaining comments you may have outstanding. Once reviewed, please update your reviews accordingly. If all agency reviews are approved, the applicant will be allowed to print final mylars for signature and recording.
