I know that the Developer has been waiting for the water system review to get completed at the Division of Drinking Water. I received a call today from Bob Hart and he is looking to get the review completed here in the next week. He may be scheduling a meeting to have them come sit down with him and will notify myself of when that meeting will be in case we would like to attend.

I have been in communication with Great Basin on the next review and did a quick review of a few items that I had questions on and will wait to see the answers before I do a complete review. I just emailed them to Ryan to review and respond.

Great Basin submitted some new improvement plans that they updated to show two additional fire hydrant locations.

The fire hydrant spacing still does not meet the requirements of the code. Every point of the frontage of every lot shall be within 250 feet of a fire hydrant. The maximum spacing between fire hydrants is 500 feet. Please revise this.

I uploaded some new improvement plans with a plat as well as a document that includes a fire district response, the sewer and water letters,storm water NOI, and a response to the engineering review.

I didn't realize that the Contractor was onsite doing work. Usually a Pre-Construction Meeting takes place prior to work starting. There were some concerns with items in the Engineering Review that need to be addressed.

RMP standard PUE language must be included on plat - Facilities available, however capacity on existing primary may become an issue.

All elementary and secondary students are eligible for busing. We do not travel Snow Basin Road. Students are picked up on the Hwy.

Questar Gas has facilities nearby to assist in serving this phase. We request that all private thoroughfares are designated as public utility easements. If this modification does not take place on the plat, Questar will have difficulty serving this development.
