The proposal to dedicate area to 1800 South Street was approved by the Planning Commission on 2-14-2018. It will be placed on the March 13th agenda for final approval from the County Commission.

The septic Letter of Feasibility will be updated to reflect the Subdivision name at the time the final Mylar is submitted for signature from our office.

During the Administrative Approval meeting on December 6th 2017, the owners of Day's End Subdivision requested to be removed from the subdivision application thereby reducing this proposal to a one lot subdivision completely owned by the Rackliffs. Please see the latest plat submitted 12/7/2017.
