Contractor emailed me today asking for the status on his check. Angela said his check should go out tomorrow.

The grate on the catch basin has been fixed and approved by Jared. I've asked Angela to pay the previously submitted invoice.

I did a site visit today and need to talk with Jared before I approve the invoice

Project has been completed. Today I received 2 change orders and a final invoice for the project. I will do a site visit later this week before approving the change orders or the invoice.

I spoke to Todd with Robertson Precast today. We discussed each of the manholes and he will be preparing new stack sheets for my approval based on our conversation.

Robertson Mfg submitted some drawings I put them in the project folder.

Pre-construction meeting was held on-site today. The contractor has asked for our field crew to locate manholes for him. He signed the Purchase Order Agreement & the Invitation to Bid. He said he will be starting the first week or two of October and will be done by the end of the month.

Yesterday I sent the interns to Mr Gauy's home to give them my business card and ask them to call me regarding the easement as I've been unable to reach them. I received a message from them with 2 valid phone numbers. I was able to reach Mr. Guay this morning and have sent him the draft easement for review. I sent Mr. Egan a follow up email regarding the draft easement I sent him on 9-5-12 as I've heard nothing from him regarding the easement. Notice of award has been signed, the performance & payment bonds and certificate of liability insurance have been submitted. I still need the contract signed. The pre-construction meeting is scheduled for 9-20-12.

Project has been awarded to Accurite Excavation.

There were 3 bidders on this project. I will have an award of the bid out by then end of today.

Bid opening will be September 6th at 2:00

Bid package was sent to purchasing this morning.

Drawings and bid documents are done, waiting for engineering review before sending out to bid.

I received the Drainage Analysis from CRS this morning and have sent drawing to Larry to write an easement for the drainage. Once I have the easement I will meet with the attorney's office to determine the proper wording to obtain a drainage, maintenance and temporary construction easement. A meeting with the property owner's will be held to discussed required improvements to the ditch.

Drawings and bid documents are mostly done. Waiting on CRS for open channel flow data to finish.

I spoke to Larry yesterday about the survey of the drainage ditch. He indicated the field work has been done, he just needs to do his thing to it before he can give it me.

I just spoke to Larry about tieing down the drainage ditch, he is concerned about the foliage and thinks it will be pretty time consuming to do. He said he could get someone out there to start probably next week sometime.

We met with both of the property owners on site, Friday April 13, 2012. I have attached the files from Kristian Guay and Rodney Egan granting us access onto their properties to get the survey work done.

Easement Exhibit was completed today, Mike will get an appointment with the home owner to discuss getting a letter from them stating they will give us permission to survey the drain ditch on their property and make our prescriptive easement a matter of record.

I have received additional survey points but I'm waiting on the correct version of cad file to complete my design.

I followed up with Larry about the additional survey info needed to complete this project. He indicated that it would be after the 7th and that he has another project to do for me as well. He assured me he hasn't forgotten about my project and will let me know when he's gathered the info I need

After getting the initial design completed, it came to my attention that we needed to do something different at the end. Mike and Chad spoke to the home owner about granting us an easement along his ditch. I've requested that Larry get some additional information for me, i.e., a sewer manhole, trees on the South side of the road and a couple ditch shots. Once I get that information back I will revise my design, prepare an exhibit for Mike to show the homeowner in an effort to get an easement.

I have the survey data from Larry and am currently working on the design.

Talked to Nate Pierce today, 2011-11-15, and he said to go ahead and get the work bid out and completed. We'll be paying for it out of the Stormwater Fund.

I called Great Basin for a proposal on the survey portion of this project.

I spoke to Larry yesterday about getting a quick topog of the effected area. He is short handed right now, but added it to his to do list. I indicated that it wasn't a rush, we just needed to get the pipe in the ground prior to winter.
