A revised preliminary plan has been uploaded under 'files' tab called '1-31-17 revised prelim'. Surveying please review. I have spoken with Andy at Great Basin about a complete street design, he will create a proposal which will be discussed at a meeting with the planning division.

The signed deferral agreement has been uploaded to address Engineering's requirements on preliminary. This agreement will be recorded with the final plat.

I spoke with Andy at Great Basin, we discussed minor changes needed on the building dimensions. We also discussed the right of way, he is sending his data into the county to compare to our data. The ROW boundary is still ongoing.
