The Weber Morgan Health Department is not required to be a review agency on this single-family residence as the information provided indicates that culinary water will be provided by an approved public water system and sewer connection should be made to Central Weber Sewer District. A will serve letter from both suppliers should be required as part of the review process.
Please remove the Weber-MrganHealth Department Signature block form the final plat.
This proposal was granted final approval in an Administrative Review meeting that was held at the Weber County Planning Office on November 1st, 2023.
This proposal is tentatively scheduled for an Administrative Review meeting on October 18th, 2023 at 2380 Washington Blvd, suite 240 at 4:00 pm.
