We just got notified of this subdivision. The 2 week review time period will start on 7/19.

The following items will need to be submitted before this application can be deemed complete:

1. The feasibility letter that was uploaded is only a soils evaluation. Please submit the feasibility letter from the health department. 

2. The culinary water letter will need to be from Weber Basin water, or the Utah Division of Water Rights, showing that the owner has sufficient culinary and irrigation water rights with the proposed wells.
