Engineering review see final letter from Taylor West Weber Water dated 2/21/24 stating that culinary water lines have been installed and tested. Pressurized secondary water lines have been installed, as to culinary and secondary water lines approving construction. Will this letter work for approval of water lines?

Weber County Planning Division
Developer will take the storm water west along the subdivision boundary in a pipe and also in a ditch to a retention pond on the remainder parcel. The County will be doing a Storm Drain project that will eventually collect the storm water generated from this road and take it to 4700 West. We are still trying to figure out which way will be best to take this future line.

The Surveyor's Office Wasn't notified of this project until 1/17/2023. The Surveyor's Office will begin to review this project.

I talked to Ryan at the Health Department and he said that you should have everything you need from them. He has also already submitted their review for this subdivision.
