I had the County Engineer sign the mylar yesterday. I returned the mylar along with the numbers for the curb, gutter and sidewalk deferral lengths to Ben 9/12/2012.

This office has completed its 5th review of this subdivision. This last review was on a revised plat that required additional road dedication at the NW corner of the property. I have ask for all Eng. data to be excluded from the final Dedication Mylar. I emailed the PDF review to Dallas.

Bring the Mylar here before you take it too many places. I'm not sure if they addressed the issue with the road alignment being the property correctly. Last I saw was the version where they just simply cut the corner off. They should have done a horizontal curve with the road alignment.

This office completed its final review of this subdivision. All concerns and redlines have been addressed and corrected. This office releases for the printing of the Mylar's.

This office has completed its 3rd review of this subdivision. There is a couple of minor concerns to be addressed. Quit Claim Deeds were recorded today, so the issues concerning those have been addressed and dealt with. The plat has been mailed to Dallas at Landmark.

This office has completed its 2nd review of this subdivision. Boundary configuration changed due to required footage and had to be redrawn. There is a title issue with the Deeter Parcel that will need to be addressed. Quit Claim Deeds will be required prior to the recordation of the plat for the additional land shown on this plat. Redlines were entered into Miradi and has been emailed to Dallas at Landmark.

I talked to Cody about my review comments. I told him that I would like a letter addressing the items. I said that he didn't need to address each individual item under the Item #1 though. I would still like to see the preliminary plan with the contours, and showing drainages and swales.

Name of sub is ok. The subdivision boundary appears to not close. Section lines on this page 22-004-1 appear to overlap. The plat appears to affect parcels 22-004-0151, 0152, 0153, & 0154.
