There is a difference in location of the UDOT ROW for 158. Bob Kunz came in to the office so we sat down and mulled over the differences. I emailed my dwg file to Bob so he can overlay the files to find where the differences may exist.

There are structures on Lot 1 that appear to be encroaching into setback requirements. The applicant needs show that these structures meet the setbacks (front yard setback) and if any of these structures are to be removed.
